This 12,000-square-foot office is located in the heart of Manhattan at 57th Street and Park Avenue, within an iconic architectural building.
The entire design package was developed by DBF Studio in full coordination with the client’s requirements and medical equipment specifications.
Construction of the embryo incubation room was particularly challenging, as it required strict compliance with negative-pressure regulations and complete acoustic and environmental isolation.
To accommodate the HVAC system, two exterior windows were removed to provide dedicated air intake. A secure elevator lobby was constructed and equipped with a fully integrated, highly sophisticated digital security system featuring a two-level access code protocol.
The project was completed within the original budget and in full accordance with the established schedule.
