3. Construction. Our crew handles framing, MEP, finishes, and millwork on a single coordinated schedule. Most NYC dental buildouts run 12–20 weeks of active construction.
4. Equipment install & commissioning. We coordinate with your manufacturer’s certified techs for chair install, imaging calibration, and operatory commissioning.
5. Final walkthrough & handover. DOB inspection, certificate of occupancy, punch list. Keys, drawings, equipment manuals, and a practice ready to see patients.
