Manhattan Eye Surgery Center is exceptional project by definition. Having two surgery procedure areas with multi-million dollar laser equipment with totally independent electrical and mechanical supply, make this magnificent project really unique.
One of the most important mechanical requirements to provide differentiation temperature controls in both surgery rooms, test room and in the general waiting area.

We install six independent air conditioning units, which duplicate each other’s inside medical procure areas in order to guarantee required air temperature inside procedure room. Obviously, we installed two dedicated electrical lines, with one additional reserve circuit, and computer backup generator.

Reception desk reflects sophisticated modern design and operational simplicity at the same time. Conceptual environmental design of this center helps people to get reed of unnecessary stress before surgery and recover right after.

Possibility to control all lighting fixtures and devices of reception area create relaxation atmosphere when it’s necessary, and could be adjusted to transform space into aggressive Manhattan style office.
