This oral surgery center is located on the second floor of a newly constructed medical building on a prime commercial street in Bayside, Queens. The project consisted of a full medical build-out completed in compliance with all applicable NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) requirements. The facility successfully passed all required inspections and was delivered as a fully operational surgical center.
Scope of work included the design coordination and installation of a complete medical gas system. Two oxygen tanks and two nitrogen tanks were installed using high-end, code-compliant hardware and continuous leak-detection alarm systems supplied by Benco Dental Supply. The system was fully tested, inspected, and approved in accordance with NYC DOB and medical gas safety standards.
All four surgical rooms were equipped with dedicated medical gas connections, surgical lighting, and infrastructure necessary to support oral surgery procedures. Layout and system placement were executed with a strong focus on clinical workflow, safety, and long-term operational reliability.
All decorative finishes and material selections were specified by the doctor and his associate. Our team executed the design intent while ensuring full compliance with ergonomic requirements, medical functionality, and modern clinical construction standards.
