Smile in the City

This dental office project located on entire floor of the commercial building in Midtown district in Manhattan was completed in three months. Architectural plans and expediting had been done by our partner company and it gave us opportunity to concentrate on all aspects of the construction process.

Two acoustically insulated private consultation rooms and wide open waiting area must be converted into one wide conference room with proper lighting and furniture lay out. We achieve this goal by installing two commercial grade acoustical glass walls, which can be open and transform entire space. Four large size operatories in the left wing of the building serviced by independent air conditioner unit and has separate electrical panel. Wall to wall glass entrance door creates feeling of enthusiastic perception and visually increase space.

Unique front graphical sign made of natural Green Honey Onyx from Portugal located on the front entrance wall and visible from every corner of the office represent owner’s ambitions and pursuit to perfection.
