The space was architecturally designed to accommodate two patient flows simultaneously: the east-side entrance serves patients with cardiovascular and vein conditions, while a separate entrance accommodates patients undergoing routine cardiology checkups. The facility includes a state-of-the-art surgical suite built in full compliance with New York City standards and all applicable medical codes, complete with an adjacent recovery room. The design prioritizes efficiency, patient privacy, and regulatory precision while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic.
