This impressive 12,000-square-foot medical office was designed by a renowned European interior designer who supervised all phases of construction and installation.
Many of the finishes and hardware were sourced directly from Europe and delivered in containers for on-site installation in strict accordance with the designer’s specifications. Glass entrance doors for exam rooms, solid wood decorative wall panels, a full custom cabinetry package, and specialized lighting were all carefully installed to achieve the intended design vision. The facility includes two fully equipped surgical rooms with dedicated surgical lighting and balanced air distribution systems. Located at street level in SoHo, this remarkable medical office showcases contemporary design concepts and advanced technologies in medical design and construction.
